Rentals for part weeks are charged according to the number of days and the relevant daily rate

Deposit against breakages £70

Upper floor is possibly unsuitable for toddlers (lowish window cill in one bedroom, flight of brick steps up to front door)

·

Payment:
|
- A deposit, equal to half the total rental, is payable to secure your booking
- The balance, plus breakages deposit, will be payable 2 weeks before departure.

Cancellation terms: the deposit will be forfeit, unless the property is re-
|
|
·
|
The property manager is English; he lives about 10 kilometres away.
